Telecaller for SPP Gardens
Location: Maduravoyal, Chennai
Position: Telecaller (Inbound & Outbound)
Salary: ₹20,000 (varies based on experience & skillset)
Work Days: Monday – Saturday | Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
Job Overview:
SPP Gardens, a premium event space, is looking for a Telecaller to manage inbound & outbound calls, assist clients with bookings, and generate site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries & provide event details
Schedule & follow up on client visits
Persuade potential clients to visit SPP Gardens
Maintain & update CRM records accurately
Assist in closing bookings & handling customer queries
Conduct cold calls (if required) to generate leads
Required Skills:
Strong communication in Tamil & English
Experience in premium product/service telesales is a plus (Freshers welcome!)
Professional phone etiquette & client handling skills
Basic knowledge of Google & Microsoft Apps
